We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team has had comprehensive training, and our front office team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Several of our team members have been with our practice for 10-22 years. The atmosphere is like a family. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, including periodontal seminars, dental implant seminars, Invisalign® seminars, and Softdent Computer Users Meetings.

Audra Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR, Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide Administration Certification Audra is a native of Richmond, VA and is happily married to her husband, David, for 15 years. They have 2 beautiful daughters that keep them constantly busy. Audra graduated from Old Dominion University, School of Dental Hygiene in 1995 and has been practicing dental hygiene for 16 years - 13 of those years have been at Dr. Mc Munn’s office. Audra is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and enjoys volunteering her time whenever the opportunity arises.
Rose Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR, Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide Administration Certification While at Godwin High School, Rose worked as a dental assistant at Dr. McMunn’s office. She then graduated from Old Dominion University, School of Dental Hygiene in 2005 and has worked at Dr. McMunn’s office 1 day a week as a dental hygienist. She is also a clinical instructor at the VCU/MCV dental hygiene clinic. Rose is a volunteer every year for the VDA’s Mission of Mercy and also travels to Belize for volunteer work. In her personal life, Rose tries to visit her extended family in Puerto Rico each year and always makes time for her boyfriend, Kenny, and his 7 year old daughter, Skylee. She has a dog named Onyx and has 6 chickens.
Tasha Registered Dental Hygienist, CPR, Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide Administration Certification, EMT-B Tasha grew up in Chesterfield, VA and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia, School of Dental Hygiene. She has been a practicing hygienist for over 7 years and has been with Dr. Mc Munn’s practice the entire time. Tasha has been married to her husband, Blake, for 3 years and they have 2 dogs and a cat and reside in Midlothian.
Lisa Dental Assistant, CPR, X-ray Certification Lisa was raised in Hanover, VA where she married her high school sweetheart, Shawn. They have 1 son, Blake, who is 3 years old. Lisa has been a dental assistant for 5 years and has been working at Dr. McMunn's office for 3 years. All of her spare time is spent with her family and she wouldn't change a thing!
Susie Dental Assistant, CPR, X-ray Certification Susie lives in Rockville, VA with her husband, John, and their dog, Duke.  She also shares her life with her 3 children. Susie has been a dental assistant for 24 years and has been working at Dr. Mc Munn’s office for 6 years.  Susie loves yoga, walking, “girls night out” with her friends, and trying to keep up with her husband playing golf.
Kristin Dental Assistant, CPR, X-ray Certification Kristen has lived in Chesterfield her whole life with her parents and 2 siblings.She graduated from Manchester High School and graduated bilingual from Manchester’s Spanish Immersion Program. Kristen came to Dr. Mc Munn’s office as an intern by way of the Chesterfield Technical Center’s dental assisting program.  She is the newest team member to the office. Currently, she attends John Tyler Community College and plans to transfer to VCU to pursue a degree in dental hygiene.
Carol Patient Coordinator, CPR certified Carol was born in Chicago and grew up in Rockville, MD. She graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 1978 with a degree in dental hygiene. She worked as a dental hygienist for 2 ½ years in Maryland, at which time she married her husband, Mark, and moved to southern Calif. Carol worked in dental offices as a chairside assistant and as a front office coordinator. She moved to Richmond in 1988 and has been working at Dr. Mc Munn’s office for 22 years. Carol has 2 sons, a new daughter-in-law, 2 dogs, and they all live in Midlothian.
Mary Beth Insurance Coordinator, CPR certified Mary Beth has been working with Dr. Mc Munn’s practice for over 20 years. She came to his office looking for a part-time job to buy a pool. She has her pool and she is still here! Mary Beth served 4 years in the US Navy where she met her husband, Ray. She has lived on a farm in Goochland for over 32 years. She and Ray have raised 2 wonderful guys, and have been empty-nesters for a few years. Mary Beth has 2 beautiful granddaughters and loves spending as much time as possible with them. She and her husband also enjoy Harley rides with their friends and love vacations.
